Bhima Jewellers Marks 15 Glorious Years in Kollam


 

In celebration of 15 years of trusted presence in Kollam, Bhima Jewellers unveiled its newly refurbished showroom on 9th July 2015 at 10:00 AM. The grand reopening brought with it a refreshed shopping experience, featuring a more spacious layout, elegant ambiance, and newly added sections – including a dedicated diamond zone to better serve evolving customer preferences.

To mark this special occasion, Bhima hosted a four-day inaugural fest from 9th to 12th July, offering:

• Exclusive discounts on gold and diamond jewellery
   

• Daily lucky draws where 15 lucky winners received gold coins
   

• Cash discounts on gold purchases up to 8 grams
   

With improved accessibility thanks to the reopening of the nearby railway overbridge, customers from across the city were welcomed to enjoy the festivities and explore the enhanced showroom experience.

As the torchbearer of an illustrious 98-year-old legacy, Bhima, Alleppey enjoys a special place in the hearts of generations of customers. I take pride in being the custodian of this rich legacy.

The Bhima story began in Alleppey, way back in 1925. its where my father Shri Bhima Bhattar infused life into his dreams and took the first steps into the readymade gold jewellery business. Its where the name Bhima first became a synonym for pure gold and honest business practices, Over the years Alleppey Bhima became a part of the fortunes and prosperity of people from all walks of life.

I took charge of the Alleppey showroom in 1999 and since then we opened showrooms in Kollam, Thrissur and Palakkad and introduced my next generation into business. Today, as Bhima Alleppey is just 2 years away from celebrating 100 years, what better way to pay tribute to our valued customers like you than a futuristic shopping experience in Alleppey.

Bhima Palakkad Showroom Inauguration

Bhima comes to Palakkad with its promise of purity.

Now the people of Palakkad need not go anywhere else to buy pure gold. Extending the heritage of 89 years and its purity, Bhima is now at Palakkad. Located at Stand, the new showroom was inaugurated by the renowned actress Ms. Priyamani, national award winner for Best Actress, and Mr. P. Unnikrishnan, national award winner for Best Playback Singer, on 10th February at 10 AM.

Bhima, a synonym of quality and trust, brings the newest range of jewellery, keeping in mind the tastes and preferences of the people of Palakkad. The new store offers a wide collection of wedding jewellery, the magical tradition of antique and temple jewellery, lightweight jewellery for everyday use, along with the latest designs for the jewellery buyers of Palakkad. The store also has separate sections for diamond and silver jewellery collections.

Ever sensitive to the needs and concerns of society, Bhima's new store at Palakkad has been designed using Green Building Technology. With this initiative to construct an eco-sensitive building, Bhima will be the first jeweller in India and the first retailer in Kerala to get 'Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)' certification.

The new showroom marks the coming together of the art and cultural heritage of Palakkad with the golden legacy of Bhima. To commemorate this occasion, Bhima has created a visual and musical treat. Called 'Swarnalayam', the 90-second film would aim to touch the musical cord of the people of Palakkad. The film features eminent artists from Palakkad and other parts of Kerala, namely Annamanada Parameswara Marar(Thimila), Kalloor Ramankutty(Chenda), K.S. Mahesh Kumar(Mridangam), Prof. Potty(Veena), Rex Vijayan(Guitar), Stephe Devassy(Keyboard), R. Swaminathan(Violin), Thiruvilwamala Hari (Edakka), Thiruvizha Jayashanker (Nadaswaram), and P. Unnikrishnan (Vocal).

Bhima also organized an Inaugural fest that featured exciting gifts and offers for the customers to avail.
